HR and Accounts

Role Overview Responsible for handling complete Human Resources and Accounts/Finance operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth day-to-day functioning of people and financial processes. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (End-to-End) • Manage complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits • Handle recruitment & hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HRMS • Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.) • Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions • Draft and implement HR policies & SOPs • Conduct performance appraisals and support training & development initiatives • Manage HR audits and statutory inspections Accounts & Finance (End-to-End) • Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, journal entries) • Manage accounts payable & receivable • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow, and fund management • Process GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and statutory returns • Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits and compliance • Maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards • Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management • Ensure compliance with company financial policies Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field • Proven experience in HR + Accounts role • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws & taxation • Hands-on experience with payroll processing • Proficiency in ZOHO accounting software, MS Excel • Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills • High level of confidentiality and integrity Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,170.40 - ₹45,535.66 per month Work Location: In person
