Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage invoicing, collections, and receivable records. The candidate should have hands-on experience in BUSY Accounting Software and strong follow-up skills to ensure timely collections and smooth cash flow. Key Responsibilities • Generate and issue invoices using BUSY Accounting Software • Maintain accurate customer accounts and receivable records in BUSY • Track outstanding payments and ensure timely collections • Regular follow-up with customers via calls, emails, and visits • Perform account reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies • Prepare aging reports and MIS reports from BUSY • Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for payment and billing issues • Record receipts and adjust entries in BUSY system • Maintain proper documentation of invoices and payment records • Support month-end closing and audit requirements Key Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Collection Process • Mandatory hands-on experience in BUSY Accounting Software • Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic reporting) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to meet collection targets and deadlines Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred) • 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable using BUSY software • Experience in manufacturing or B2B industry is an added advantage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Timely collection of outstanding dues • Reduction in receivable aging • Accuracy in BUSY entries and reconciliation • Effective customer follow-up • Reduction in bad debts Additional Requirements (Optional) • Willingness to travel for client visits (if required) • Strong coordination with internal teams How to Apply: Interested candidates can submit their resume to hr@rajeshwaripetrochem.com Subject Line: Application for Accounts Receivable Executive
