We are seeking a dedicated General Administrator with more than 10 years of experience to support our construction operations in Bengaluru.compliance, and coordination for our growing projects in Southern India. Join our team to contribute to efficient HR, project admin, and site support.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel for site managers and executives.
• Handle correspondence, data entry, filing systems, and prepare reports using MS Excel for recruitment MIS and project tracking.
• Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and basic bookkeeping like expense tracking aligned with labor compliance.
• Support HR with employee onboarding, record-keeping, and EPF/gratuity documentation for construction staff.
• Greet visitors, screen calls, and assist with event coordination for site visits or team meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 10+ years in administrative roles, preferably in construction or engineering firms.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in office management or HR compliance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), ATS tools, and Bengaluru labor laws.
Required Skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills for high-volume tasks.
• Strong communication (Tamil, English, Kannada preferred) and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of construction admin like site reporting and compliance.
