Role Description We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager Insurance for an on-site role located in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify and meet insurance needs, and provide personalized, professional advice on various insurance products. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, cross-selling insurance products, resolving customer queries, and aligning recommendations with customer requirements while supporting their long-term goals. Collaboration with teams to deliver outstanding service and achieve business growth will also be central to this role. Qualifications • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills • Knowledge of insurance products including Life, Health, Motor, and Commercial Insurance • Ability to identify client needs and match them with appropriate solutions • Basic sales and negotiation abilities to cross-sell and upsell products effectively • Client account management and problem-solving expertise • Team collaboration and ability to meet business goals • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred • Experience in the insurance industry or sales is an added advantage
