KRA – Retail Jewelry Consultant • Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with professionalism. • Handle customer interactions through social media, WhatsApp, calls, emails, and video. • Provide personalized style and product consultancy to drive sales. • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and requests promptly. • Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Coordinate with relevant departments for customer-specific requirements. • Represent the brand at exhibitions, shows, and pop-ups when required. Qualifications: • Effectively manage customer interactions, track leads, and enhance customer relationships. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with HNI clientele. • A keen understanding of the luxury and lifestyle sector, including the latest industry trends and customer preferences. • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Must have skills : 1. Customer Service skills 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Knowledge of jewelry trends and styles 4.
