Ltd. is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in AI SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and ethical link-building strategies. The ideal candidate should be confident in technical SEO, content optimization, outreach, guest posting, HARO, and data-driven growth strategies. Roles & Responsibilities - · Perform Technical SEO, On-page SEO & Content Audits · Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & search intent mapping · Implement AI-driven SEO strategies including AEO & GEO optimization · Optimize websites for Google Search, AI-powered search engines & answer engines · Plan and execute white-hat link building campaigns · Handle outreach campaigns for: Guest posting, Link insertions (niche edits), HARO (Help a Reporter Out) · Build and manage high-quality backlinks with relevant websites · Monitor backlinks, anchors, and toxicity · Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Search Console · Manage sitemaps, robots.txt, indexing, crawling, and canonical issues · Use SEO tools to track rankings, backlinks, and competitors · Collaborate with founders, content teams, and developers for SEO execution Required Skills - • Strong understanding of Technical SEO & On-page SEO • Proven experience in AI SEO, AEO & GEO • Expertise in Outreach, Guest Posting, Link Insertions & HARO • Advanced keyword research and content optimization skills • Hands-on experience with: • Google Analytics (GA4) • Google Search Console • SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools • Knowledge of website architecture, indexing, and crawl optimization Preferred Skills - • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities • Clear communication skills • Ability to work closely with founders and cross-functional teams • Experience in agency or startup environments (preferred) Salary & Benefits - • Salary: 12000 - 28000 (depending on experience) • Growth-oriented work environment • Growth opportunities in advanced AI-based SEO & link-building strategies How to Apply Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to: hr@rankaspire.com • Website - https://www.rankaspire.com
