Important Availability Requirement
• We frequently require Google Meet sessions of 1–2 hours, depending on the project.
• Availability is mainly required between 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, as the technical team lead is available only during this time.
• Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is more flexible, if required.
Call & Time Commitment
• Expect 2–4 live calls per week (not daily).
• Minimum 1–2 working hours per call during the 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST window.
• Current workload requires only a few hours per week, with the possibility of more hours later as projects scale.
About the Role
We are looking for an Integration Support Developer to support a Salesforce AppExchange documentation project.
Our client has hired us to create technical and user documentation for a native Salesforce application that enables admins to build complex two-way integrations.
Your role is to guide our content team by explaining how the application, integrations, and workflows work so accurate developer guides and help center articles can be written.
This role is not focused on heavy development or long coding hours.
The focus is on explanations, walkthroughs, and technical clarification.
Core ResponsibilitiesSalesforce App Walkthroughs & Guidance
• Walk the team through the Salesforce AppExchange app via live screen-share sessions
• Explain:
• App functionality and use cases
• Admin setup, configuration, and permissions
• Two-way integration workflows
• Data flow between Salesforce and external systems
• Clarify features, limitations, and edge cases
Technical Support for Documentation
• Answer technical questions from writers in simple, non-academic language
• Help writers understand:
• How admins should configure and use the app
• How integrations behave in real scenarios
• Review and clarify technical accuracy for:
• Admin documentation
• Integration guides
• Help center and FAQ content (Intercom)
Light Validation (If Needed)
• Review existing logic or flows for documentation accuracy
• Validate integration behavior from a usage perspective
• No heavy coding or feature development expected
Required Technical Skill (Core Requirement)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based applications and API/integration workflows, with the ability to clearly explain them to non-developers
Must-Have Soft Skills
• Clear spoken English
• Teaching and explanation mindset
• Patience when working with non-technical writers
• Comfortable running structured walkthroughs and screen-share sessions
Nice to Have
• Salesforce admin or AppExchange experience
• Understanding of SaaS integration products
• Prior experience supporting documentation or help center teams
• Familiarity with Intercom or similar helpdesk tools
Technical and Work Setup Requirements
• High-speed, reliable internet connection (mandatory)
• Power backup (UPS or inverter) to ensure uninterrupted meetings
• Quiet and professional work environment
