The ideal candidate should understand content strategy, reels growth, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities • Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms • Plan and execute content calendars • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and hooks • Coordinate with designers and video editors • Monitor trends and suggest reel ideas • Handle daily engagement (comments, DMs, replies) • Track performance and improve reach & engagement Required Skills • Strong understanding of Instagram growth & reels • Experience with content planning and posting • Basic knowledge of Canva • Good caption-writing and hashtag research skills • Trend awareness and creative thinking • Basic analytics understanding (reach, engagement) Expected Deliverables • Daily posts/reels as per calendar • 2–3 creative content ideas per week • Improved engagement and reach growth • Timely coordination with the creative team Who Can Apply • Candidates with 1–3 years of SMM experience • Local candidates from Warangal preferred • Comfortable working from office and coordinating shoots if required Why Join Us • Work with a growing media company • Opportunity to manage real client accounts • Career growth based on performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,323.98 - ₹24,078.65 per month Work Location: In person
