Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Surat for the role of Casting Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing the casting process for various projects such as feature films, TV commercials, and short films. Responsibilities include coordinating with directors, producers, and clients to understand casting requirements, scouting and scheduling talent auditions, building and maintaining a strong talent database, and leading the team's efforts to meet project deadlines effectively. Qualifications • Experience in Broadcasting and knowledge of the entertainment industry • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills • Team Management and Team Leadership skills to successfully guide and coordinate a team • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience considered an asset • Previous experience in casting, production management, or related fields is advantageous
