Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end statutory approvals and liaisoning for industrial, hospitality, warehousing, and other sectors.
· Manage Fire NOC, MPCB (CTE/CTO), Factory License, and other statutory permissions.
· Coordinate with MIDC, Town Planning Authorities, Fire Department, MPCB, and other regulatory bodies.
· Supervise outdoor liaison team and in-house documentation staff.
· Ensure client coordination and timely project execution.
Qualification:
Engineer / LLB / Full Time MBA (Preferred)
Experience:
· 7–8 years in statutory approvals & government liaisoning in Maharashtra.
· Strong knowledge of MIDC processes and local authority approvals.
· Experience in Consultancy / Industrial / Real Estate sector preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
