As a Non-IT Recruiter specializing in the BFSI domain, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment activities for non-IT positions within the banking, finance, and insurance sectors. Your responsibilities will include understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring timely closures of positions in alignment with SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BFSI-related non-IT roles - Understand job requirements and role specifications from hiring managers - Source candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database) - Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on role requirements - Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or internal stakeholders - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and statuses - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates - Ensure timely closures of open positions as per defined SLAs Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any discipline - Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-IT recruitment - Exposure to BFSI domain hiring is preferred - Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus In addition to the above, the company offers a competitive salary package, career growth opportunities, a supportive and collaborative team environment, and the chance to work with reputed BFSI clients.
