1. Overview:

The Lift Sales representative is responsible for generating sales of elevators for company. The objective of this role is to drive revenue growth and establish long-term partnerships with clients in the commercial and residential sectors.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect new leads and develop qualified opportunities by identifying potential customers

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations to clients

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive intelligence

• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including project management and engineering

3. Technical Skills:

• BASIC knowledge of elevator and escalator systems

• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations

4. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively

• Proven sales ability with a track record of closing deals

• Field sales experience and a strong understanding of construction and development processes

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

NOTE : This position is for field sales so bike is compulsory.
