Our mission is to modernize local governance with intelligent software that improves waste management, sustainability, and operational efficiency. We are replacing outdated legacy systems with AI-powered tools that enable smarter municipal operations and environmental impact at scale. We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer who understands both design and frontend development. This role is focused on building an AI-assisted design-to-code pipeline using Figma AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to generate production-ready UI components Responsibilities • Design scalable UI systems using Figma variables and design tokens • Build responsive frontend interfaces using React / Next.js and Tailwind CSS • Integrate Figma design systems with AI coding agents (Claude, Cursor) using MCP • Convert design components into reusable UI libraries • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences • Improve the AI-driven design-to-code workflow Requirements • Strong experience with Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables) • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS • Experience building design systems or component libraries • Understanding of frontend architecture and responsive design • Interest in AI-assisted development workflows Why Join Reclevo • Work on real-world environmental impact technology • Build AI-native workflows for design and development • Join an early-stage GovTech + WasteTech startup • Opportunity to shape the core UI architecture Apply Send your portfolio, GitHub, or Figma work.
