AI ML Engineer - Voice AI Agent

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – Voice AI Agent Development Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design and develop an intelligent Voice AI Agent capable of handling real-time conversations, candidate screening, and recruitment automation workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in NLP, LLM integration, and speech processing technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop end-to-end Voice AI pipeline (Speech-to-Text → LLM → Text-to-Speech) • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversational AI • Implement intent detection and conversation flow logic • Develop and deploy APIs using FastAPI / Flask • Integrate voice platforms like Twilio / Exotel / WebRTC • Build RAG-based architecture for contextual responses • Optimize AI responses for real-time performance • Deploy and manage AI services on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Ensure data privacy and security compliance Required Skills • Strong proficiency in Python • Hands-on experience with NLP and LLMs • Experience with OpenAI / Llama / Claude APIs • Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (Whisper, Google STT, etc.) • Knowledge of Text-to-Speech engines • Experience with LangChain / RAG architecture • API development using FastAPI or similar frameworks • Database knowledge (PostgreSQL / MongoDB) • Basic cloud deployment knowledge Good to Have • Experience building chatbots or voice bots • Telephony integration (Twilio / SIP / VoIP) • Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) • Docker & DevOps exposure Qualification • B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / AI / Data Science • Strong project portfolio in AI/ML systems What We Offer • Opportunity to build a real-world AI product from scratch • Ownership-driven environment • Fast growth opportunity Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): • Current CTC • Expected CTC • Notice Period • Reason for Job Change • If selected, how soon you can join us Experience: • Voice Agent: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
