Graphic Designer (0–3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer with 0–3 years of experience who is passionate about visual storytelling, social media design, and video content creation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both static and motion-based creative work and willing to contribute to on-ground event shoots when required. Key Responsibilities Graphic & Visual Design • Design engaging social media creatives (Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, ads). • Create posters, standees, invites, brochures, and event branding materials. • Develop infographics and promotional creatives aligned with brand identity. • Maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels. Video Editing & Content Creation • Edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional clips). • Add transitions, effects, subtitles, and sound design to enhance engagement. • Shoot event videos and behind-the-scenes content when required. • Assist in conceptualizing video campaigns for events and promotions. Required Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (mandatory). • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar editing tools. • Understanding of social media trends and content formats. • Basic photography and videography skills. • Strong sense of layout, typography, and color aesthetics. • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced event environment. Qualifications • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). • 0–3 years of relevant experience. • Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
