Operating Room Technician - Orthopedics (Odhav)

Job description: Job Description We are hiring a skilled and responsible OT Assistant for a reputed orthopedic clinic in Ahmedabad specializing in knee and shoulder surgeries, arthroscopy, and joint replacement procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization techniques, and surgical assistance in orthopedic procedures. Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Client: Flex Knee and Shoulder Clinic (Specialized Knee, Shoulder & Arthroscopy Center) Key Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain OT before scheduled surgeries - Arrange and ensure sterilization of surgical instruments and implants - Assist surgeons and OT nurses during procedures - Maintain sterile field and infection control standards - Support safe patient transfer (pre & post surgery) - Clean and disinfect OT after procedures - Monitor OT inventory and stock levels - Requirements - Preferred Qualification: Diploma / Degree in OT Technology or Operation Theatre Assistance - Minimum 1–3 years experience in OT setup - Orthopedic OT experience preferred - Knowledge of sterilization & infection control protocols - Willing to work rotational shifts (including emergency/on-call cases) - Good communication skills (Gujarati / Hindi / English) Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & skills) Job Types: Full time, Permanent Work Location: In person
