Job Description: Emergency Medicine / Critical Care Doctor (1–3 Years) Department: Emergency / ICU Experience: 1–3 years Qualification: MBBS + MD/DNB (Emergency Medicine / Internal Medicine / Anesthesia) OR MBBS with relevant Emergency/Critical Care experience. Certifications: ALS or BLS certification is an added advantage. Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Emergency/Critical Care Doctor to join our clinical team. The role involves providing high-quality medical care in fast-paced emergency settings or ICU environments, ensuring timely diagnosis, stabilization, and management of critically ill patients. Key Responsibilities • Provide immediate assessment, stabilization, and management of emergency and critically ill patients. • Perform emergency procedures such as IV lines, intubation, CPR, ventilator management, and trauma stabilization. • Support the ICU team with continuous monitoring and critical interventions. • Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and cross-functional medical teams. • Ensure proper medical documentation and maintain high standards of clinical quality. • Participate in audits, quality improvement programs, and clinical discussions. • Guide and counsel patient families regarding treatment plans and prognosis.
