Chat/Voice Support Executive(International Blended Process)

As an International Chat/Voice Process executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support through chat and voice communication channels. Your role will involve resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Excellent communication skills are a must for this position to effectively interact with international customers. - A minimum of 1 year of experience in an international setting is required to excel in this role. - You will be working 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off per week. - The maximum age limit for this position is 42 years. - You should be prepared for 24*7 rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts. - The company provides both side cab facility for the convenience of employees.
