We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer data, coordinating with internal teams, and improving customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update customer database in CRM software • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally • Coordinate with sales & operations teams for issue resolution • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions • Generate reports and analyze customer data • Ensure customer retention and engagement activities • Support marketing campaigns and customer outreach Requirements: • Graduate in any discipline • 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability Salary & Benefits: • Competitive salary + incentives • Growth opportunities • Supportive work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
