Planning the curriculum and lesson plans. 2. Implementing progressive teaching methods to foster meaningful learning. 3. Understanding and guiding student behavior through positive guidance techniques. 4. Conducting ongoing assessment methods to gauge and support student learning. 5. Engaging in parent communication, collaboration and education for a two-way school-home partnership. 6. Collaborating with other teachers for developing a well-coordinated and high quality system. 7. Reflecting on teaching and gaining new knowledge through various professional development opportunities. 8.
