Revit Architectural Technologist – FREELANCE WORK FROM HOME OPPPORTUNITY! Position: Revit Draftsman Are you passionate about architectural drafting and looking to take your career to the next level? Our innovative design firm is seeking a talented Revit Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. If you are detail-oriented, skilled in Revit software, and eager to contribute to exciting building projects, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed Commercial Interior drawing packages for commercial offices or hospitality drawings using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software. • Good understanding of BIM model standards and management • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate project documentation. • Interpret design sketches and specifications to create precise 2D and 3D models. • Ensure that all drawings and models comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. • Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure project integration. • Update and maintain project documentation throughout the design and construction phases. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field. • 3 – 5 years of experience as a draftsman, with a focus on Revit software. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit; experience with AutoCAD is a plus. • Experience in Sketch Up, Rhino, Enscape and Grasshopper. • Ability to work well under pressure. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
