Job Title: US IT Bench Sales – Freshers / Interns / Business Development Executives Location: Remote (Hyderabad Only) Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift) Employment Type: Full-Time / Internship About the Role: We are looking for energetic and driven fresh graduates or interns to join our US IT Bench Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong English communication skills, are street-smart, confident negotiators, and passionate about building relationships in the US staffing industry. As a Bench Sales Executive, you will be responsible for marketing IT consultants (on bench) to US-based vendors, Tier-1 suppliers, and direct clients, ensuring quick project placements. Key Responsibilities: • Market IT consultants on bench to US clients and vendors. • Search and identify suitable job requirements from various sources. • Submit consultants’ profiles to relevant job openings. • Maintain strong relationships and PR with Tier-1 vendors and staffing partners. • Negotiate pay rates, terms & conditions, and close deals. • Track submissions, interviews, and placements. • Coordinate with recruiters and consultants for timely submissions and interview scheduling. • Maintain daily activity reports and update internal CRM systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate (Any discipline). • Excellent English communication (Verbal & Written). • Strong negotiation and convincing skills – a deal maker mindset. • Street-smart, proactive, and result-oriented. • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. • Willingness to learn US IT staffing processes. • Comfortable working in US night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST). • Must be based in Hyderabad (Remote role). Preferred Traits: • Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles (training will be provided). • Familiarity with job portals or LinkedIn is a plus. • High energy, competitive attitude, and target-driven mindset.
