Fashion Design Intern – Reet Studio Reet Studio is looking for a motivated and detail oriented Fashion Design Intern who is excited to gain hands on experience while working closely with the founder and a small creative team. This role provides exposure to both the creative and operational sides of building a fashion brand. Key Responsibilities • Assist in design research and development • Support fabric and trim sourcing • Help in photoshoot preparation and coordination • Assist with basic pattern making when required • Occasionally visit the office to oversee sampling and production with masterjis • Contribute ideas and support the team across design, production, and marketing related tasks Internship Details • Position: Fashion Design Intern • Duration: 6 months • Mode: Hybrid Work Structure • Some responsibilities can be handled remotely • You will be required to be present for photoshoots, sourcing visits, and occasional office days • Travel and food expenses for shoots and sourcing will be covered by the company Stipend • ₹5,000 per month for the first 6 months • Based on performance and contribution, the stipend may be reviewed and adjusted at the discretion of the founder Future Opportunity • The internship may lead to a full time role at Reet Studio based on performance and mutual fit Preferred Skills • Basic knowledge of pattern making and garment construction • Understanding of fabric types and garment development • Interest in fashion design and product development • Ability to work closely with tailors and production teams Who This Role Is Ideal For • Someone enthusiastic about fashion and eager to learn • A candidate with basic understanding of pattern making or garment construction • Someone who enjoys working in a small team environment • Individuals who are interested in building their own brand or becoming entrepreneurs in the future Working closely with the founder will give you direct exposure to how a fashion brand is built from design and production to marketing and brand growth.
