E‑Commerce Executive Reflex Garments Co. LLC — USA - China Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote) We are seeking a talented and experienced E‑commerce Executive to join our dynamic team at Reflex Garments Co. LLC. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our digital sales channels, optimize online operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across global markets. Key Objectives • Drive e-commerce growth by developing and implementing strategies to expand customer base and business opportunities. • Optimize the complete online journey—from lead generation to conversion and post‑purchase engagement. • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across all platforms. Responsibilities • Conduct market research and outreach to build strong customer relationships and drive sales. • Analyze performance data, generate reports, and recommend improvements. • Present products to on websites. • Execute online campaigns and promotions with cross-functional teams. • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve retention. • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve personalization, and boost sales performance. Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of e-commerce experience (fashion preferred) with proven success in driving online sales. • Expertise in product listings, order processing, pricing strategies, and marketplace operations. • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, OMS, and CRM tools. • Background in fast fashion or apparel retail. • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business, or related field. • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.). • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. • Leadership skills with the ability to take initiative. • Experience applying AI for customer segmentation, predictive sales, or content optimization.
