Full-Stack .NET Developer (2–3 Years Experience – Immediate Joiner)

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack .NET Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise with the .NET stack and working knowledge of modern frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, .NET, and .NET Core. • Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery. • Participate in end-to-end application development, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Work on complex enterprise application components and ensure clean, reusable, and maintainable code. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve application speed, stability, and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Debug, troubleshoot, and provide production support when required. Required Skills: • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack .NET development. • Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Framework, and .NET Core. • Working knowledge of frontend/UI technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery. • Experience in web application development and maintenance. • Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques. • Understanding of object-oriented programming and web application architecture. Good to Have: • Knowledge of Oracle database. • Experience working in the banking or financial services domain.
