Manufacturing Project Coordinator (India)

Location: Mumbai Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute industrial project setups from concept to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in equipment layout, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end execution of industrial project setups, including planning, coordination, and implementation - Develop and review equipment layouts and project drawings using AutoCAD - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards - Conduct regular site visits to manufacturing locations to oversee progress and resolve issues - Ensure compliance with safety, engineering, and statutory requirements - Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management Required Qualifications & Skills: - Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering - Minimum 5+ years of experience in setting up industrial or manufacturing projects - Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of equipment layout planning - Solid knowledge of industrial machinery, utilities, and plant layouts - Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel frequently to manufacturing sites
