In this role as a Senior Recruiter at Remitly, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the company's growth by targeting, recruiting, and closing top talent. You will report to the Recruiting Manager and collaborate with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and the required skill sets. Your focus will be on ensuring a positive candidate experience, optimizing processes, and enhancing Remitly's reputation as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management - Manage the interview process and provide interview training for the business, identifying areas for process improvement - Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact to onboarding - Lead full-cycle recruiting across various tech company functions such as Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of recruiting experience - Proven track record in tech full-cycle recruiting - Ability to build relationships with executive leaders and employ consultative skills - Strong closing abilities, including experience with Senior-level and leadership roles - Proficiency in process improvement - Experience in leading meetings to drive positive business outcomes - Mentoring or leadership experience - Bachelor's degree Additionally, Remitly offers benefits such as Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, and Learning & Development benefits.
