The ideal candidate will manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement. This role requires creativity, data-driven thinking, and a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends. The candidate should have strong tool knowledge to effectively plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. This includes hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager for audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization; Google Ads for search, display, video, and remarketing campaigns along with keyword research using Google Keyword Planner; and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B targeting and lead generation. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager is essential for tracking conversions and analyzing campaign performance. Knowledge of ad creatives tools (such as Canva or Adobe), A/B testing, pixel setup, and basic understanding of CRM integrations. SEO knowledge like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, and Moz are used to identify high-value keywords, analyze search intent, and study competitor strategies are more preferrable.
