Hospital Pharmacist

1️ Medication Management • Review and interpret physician medication orders • Accurately dispense prescribed medications • Ensure proper dosage, route, and frequency • Monitor for drug interactions and contraindications 2 Inventory & Supply Management • Maintain adequate stock levels • Monitor drug expiration dates • Manage controlled substances per regulations • Coordinate procurement of medications 3 Regulatory Compliance • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and pharmacy laws • Maintain accurate medication records • Participate in audits and inspections 4 Drug Information & Education • Provide drug information to healthcare staff • Stay updated on new medications and clinical guidelines Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Diploma of Pharmacy degree • Valid pharmacist license (as per state regulations) • Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred • Certification in clinical pharmacy (optional but beneficial) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
