Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role is primarily focused on outbound calling, lead generation, and client coordination. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base by engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients on a daily basis using company- provided data.
· Clearly explain company products, services, and value propositions over phone calls.
· Identify client requirements and qualify leads based on business potential.
· Schedule product demos, meetings, or follow-up discussions for senior sales team members.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to ensure lead conversion.
· Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients through professional communication.
· Maintain accurate daily calling reports, lead trackers, and CRM updates.
· Coordinate closely with the sales, implementation, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
· Ensure timely sharing of client information and requirements with internal stakeholders.
· Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
· Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team to improve sales strategy.
· Maintain discipline, professionalism, and quality communication during all client interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of experience in calling-based sales or business development.
· Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
· Ability to handle objections and maintain positive client conversations.
· Comfortable working with daily calling targets and performance metrics.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
· Ability to understand product offerings quickly and explain them confidently.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
· Prior experience in B2B sales, IT services, SaaS, or software products will be an added advantage.
