Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic thinker to join our advertising agency as an Account Strategist & Planning professional. This role bridges the gap between client business objectives, consumer insights, and creative execution. You will work closely with account management, creative, media, and digital teams to develop impactful brand and campaign strategies that drive measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
• Develop brand and campaign strategies based on market insights, consumer behavior, and client objectives.
• Translate client briefs into clear strategic directions for creative and media teams.
• Identify key brand opportunities, communication territories, and positioning strategies.
• Build campaign frameworks across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
Client & Account Collaboration
• Partner with the account management team to understand client goals and business challenges.
• Participate in client meetings to present strategic thinking and campaign rationale.
• Ensure strategies align with the client’s brand vision and marketing objectives.
Consumer & Market Insights
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Analyze consumer insights and cultural trends to inform brand storytelling.
• Use data and analytics to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling campaign concepts.
• Ensure creative output aligns with the brand strategy and communication objectives.
• Provide strategic input during brainstorming and concept development sessions.
Campaign Planning & Performance
• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance and derive insights for optimization.
• Present post-campaign analysis and strategic recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in advertising agencies, brand strategy, or marketing planning roles.
• Strong understanding of brand building, integrated campaigns, and consumer insights.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
