Regional Visual Manager

Job Title: Regional Visual Merchandising Manager – Mumbai Location: Mumbai (MMR including Thane & Navi Mumbai) Reporting To: VM Head Role Overview: The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager will drive VM excellence across 50+ retail touchpoints (EBOs, MBOs & General Trade) in Mumbai. The role ensures premium brand execution, high-speed campaign rollouts, flagship maintenance, and strong vendor management in India’s most high-visibility retail market. Key Responsibilities: Maintain Gold Standard VM execution across flagship and high-street stores. Ensure 100% planogram compliance and superior fixture grooming. Lead VM execution for New Store Openings (D-2 readiness). Conduct regular audits and train store teams on VM standards. Execute rapid marketing activations and influencer-led launches. Manage Mumbai-based vendors while optimizing costs and quality. Coordinate with Marketing, Projects, Retail Ops & Mall Management teams. Key Requirements: 5–8 years of VM experience in Beauty, Lifestyle or Luxury retail. Strong exposure to premium malls such as Phoenix Palladium, Jio World Drive, and Seawoods Grand Central. Strong aesthetic sense with luxury/premium execution experience. Excellent vendor negotiation and urban logistics management skills. Proficiency in Hindi & Marathi preferred.
