As an Assistance Coordinator (Auto/Automotive) at Andheri East, Mumbai, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling complaints (Case) and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, ensuring follow-up for resolution.
- Coordinating with customers, clients, and internal operations team regarding cases.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and case closure.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- Handling case-related 2wheelers & 4wheelers services.
Qualifications required for the role include:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of English & Hindi; proficiency in South Indian languages, particularly Tamil & Malayalam, is preferable.
This is a Full-Time position for candidates with a minimum graduation qualification or Part-Time for any qualification. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2+ years of customer service/referral specialist and/or call center experience, with Assistance Agency exposure preferred.
