Qualifications • Proficiency in clinical procedures, patient care, and administering treatments • Strong assessment, observation, and monitoring skills • Record-keeping, documentation, and organizational abilities • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and medical teams • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards • Current nursing license and certification • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care • Prior experience in similar roles or hospital settings is preferred
