Graphic Design / Marketing Executive Reverse Minds LLP – Bengaluru / Belagavi Experience: 1+ years | Full-time Reverse Minds LLP is looking for a creative and driven Graphic Design / Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence across digital and print platforms. If you love turning ideas into compelling visuals and campaigns, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities • Design marketing creatives: social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other brand collaterals. • Support digital marketing activities including social media management, basic content support, and campaign creatives. • Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints (online and offline). • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Technical, Management) to understand requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time. • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. • Work with vendors (printers, agencies) whenever needed to get marketing materials produced. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer / Marketing Executive or similar role. • Strong design skills with hands-on experience in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW or Canva. • Understanding of social media creatives, basic digital marketing concepts and branding. • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Ability to think creatively and align designs with business objectives. Education • Bachelor’s degree in any stream; preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or related fields.
