NURSING DUTY IN THE WARD, ADMISSIONS, PRE OP CARE,POST OP CARE, BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS , To follow nursing process in assesing,planning,implementation and evaluating daily individual patient care. Assesing physical psychological and physiological needs of patient , maintaing of medical records of medications , dignostic tests, monitoring vital signs of the patiens.Ability to handle and operate all the medical equipments in the wards and OT. Experience of working in ICU in reputed hospital . Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
