Senior Tech Lead

Role Overview We are looking for experienced Tech Leads capable of driving architecture, managing engineering teams, and delivering high-impact products across backend, frontend, and cloud ecosystems. Key Responsibilities • Lead a team of developers across multiple projects • Own architecture, code quality, and technical decisions • Break down high-level product requirements into engineering tasks • Mentor engineers and conduct technical reviews • Work with stakeholders (product, design, leadership) • Ensure delivery timelines, scalability, and system reliability Required Skills • Strong expertise in backend (Python/Java/Node) and modern frontend • Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud • Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes • Excellent communication and leadership skills
