The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, ensure effective implementation of HR policies, and maintain positive employee relations. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, addressing employee queries regarding HR policies, and contributing to the development of HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations • Knowledge of HR Policies and practices • Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes and procedures • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting will be an added advantage
