Sales and Customer Service Representative

Job Description • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to build long-term relationships and ensure continued business growth. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and handle their individual needs and requirements. • Provide customer support by resolving queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner. • Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts and generate new business through customer networks and referrals. • Promote company products/services and assist customers in selecting suitable solutions. • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, accounts, support teams) via calls and emails to resolve client queries and ensure smooth service delivery. • Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, service updates, and payments. • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and account status. • Prepare reports on account performance, sales activities, and customer feedback. • Support sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service support. Requirements • Proven work experience as a Customer Relation Manager or Sales account Manager. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time. • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude. • Understanding of MS Office and CRM software • Exceptional customer service skills. • Strong work ethic. • Good sales skills. • Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field. • Must have International Sales and voice process experience.
