Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js) Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years Location: Nashik / Pune --------------------------------------------------------- Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js) to join our team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with additional responsibility to guide and mentor frontend engineers across senior, mid, and junior levels. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern React, strong frontend architectural thinking, and the ability to influence best practices while actively contributing code to critical HUB initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend modules using React.js (18+) and TypeScript. - Build scalable, reusable UI components aligned with HUB design systems. - Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, including shared libraries, Micro Frontends, and performance optimization. - Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and platform services. - Guide and support frontend engineers (team leads to juniors) through code reviews, design discussions, and best-practice sharing. - Review frontend implementations across tools to ensure consistency, quality, and architectural alignment. - Support adoption of standard React patterns, testing practices, and performance guidelines. - Ensure code quality through unit testing using Jest and React Testing Library. - Participate in frontend CI/CD improvements, code reviews, and technical documentation. - Actively contribute to reducing rework by considering NFRs like performance, scalability, and accessibility early. Qualifications - Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6–9 years of hands-on frontend development experience with strong expertise in React.js (18+). - Solid understanding of component-driven architecture, hooks, state management, and TypeScript. - Experience with Micro Frontends, Module Federation, Nx, or large-scale frontend systems (preferred). - Familiarity with UI libraries such as Material UI / Chakra UI and Storybook. - Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams. - Experience working in Agile software development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage responsibilities independently and deliver results within deadlines.
