Job Title: Tours Manager Company: Richmax Tours and Travels Private Limited Location: Aluva Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Richmax Tours and Travels Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Tours Manager to oversee tour planning and travel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing tour packages, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and develop domestic and international tour packages • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation • Liaise with travel agents, hotels, and tour operators • Manage tour itineraries and ensure smooth tour execution • Handle customer inquiries and provide travel assistance • Monitor tour budgets and manage travel-related expenses • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction Eligibility Criteria: • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism / Travel & Hospitality / Business Administration or related field • 2–5 years of experience in travel or tour management preferred • Knowledge of tour planning and travel booking processes Skills Required: • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Strong organizational and planning abilities • Customer service orientation • Ability to handle multiple tour arrangements simultaneously Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
