About Ridezz Ridezz is a disruptive EV-first mobility platform focused on building the mobility backbone for Bharat’s Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. We are replacing the traditional commission-heavy model with a Zero-Commission SaaS platform that empowers drivers as micro-entrepreneurs. We operate at the high-stakes intersection of EV infrastructure, AI-driven logistics, and hyper-local operations.
The Role We are looking for a high-octane Head of Operations to build, lead, and scale our on-ground execution in Jaipur. You will be responsible for the heartbeat of Ridezz: managing the EV fleet, streamlining driver lifecycles, and ensuring peak platform efficiency. This is a leadership role for a "builder" who can design SOPs from scratch and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to ensure our pilot—and subsequent expansion—is a flawless success.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Fleet & Hub Management: Lead the end-to-end management of the EV fleet and charging/parking hubs. Ensure maximum vehicle uptime through proactive maintenance schedules and vendor management.
• Optimise "Dual-Demand" Utilisation: Balance passenger rides and B2B logistics to ensure our vehicles never sit idle.
• Driver Ecosystem & Lifecycle: Own the entire driver journey: recruitment, rigorous onboarding, documentation, and training. Implement strategies to maintain high driver retention and "SaaS-loyalty."
• Performance & Unit Economics: Obsess over the core operational metrics: Cost per KM, Vehicle Utilisation Rate, and Onboarding Turnaround Time (TAT). Monitor real-time supply-demand gaps.
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with Rajasthan’s aggregator and gig worker regulations. Act as the final escalation point for operational bottlenecks and local authorities.
Who You Are (Requirements)
• 4–8 years of experience in high-growth operations (Ride-hailing, Logistics, or E-commerce experience is heavily preferred).
• Deep understanding of the local Jaipur geography, labour, and logistics landscape.
• A proven track record of managing large, diverse teams from ground-level executives to fleet partners.
• Extreme ownership mindset. You find a way when there is no way and thrive in the ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
Compensation
• Equity: A significant, vested equity stake in Ridezz.
• Salary Transition: A competitive, market-rate salary will be unlocked immediately upon successfully closing our upcoming funding round or hitting our revenue-positive milestone.
