This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Anywhere This is a remote position. Our client is seeking a highly skilled IT Applications Engineer V, Mobile with deep expertise in native iOS and Android application development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade mobile applications using Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java, and play a key role in defining mobile architecture and leading best practices across development teams. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering to build seamless, secure, and scalable mobile solutions that enhance customer experience and align with modern design and platform standards. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java. • Implement clean architecture and design patterns such as MVVM for maintainable, scalable codebases. • Develop and maintain automated UI tests using XCUITest (iOS) and Espresso (Android) within CI/CD pipelines. • Manage mobile app build processes, including provisioning profiles, certificates, entitlements, flavors, and schemes. • Integrate and maintain third-party SDKs (Firebase, analytics, maps, and location services). • Consume and optimize RESTful APIs, handling authentication, caching, and error management. • Integrate content from headless CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) into mobile experiences. • Collaborate with UX, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-performance mobile solutions. • Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 6+ years of experience in professional software or mobile application development. • 4+ years programming with Objective-C or Swift for iOS. • 2+ years developing automated tests using XCUITest and/or Espresso. • 3+ years managing mobile signing assets, build schemes, and variants (provisioning profiles, certificates, entitlements, build flavors, etc.). • 3+ years developing and integrating third-party source code or SDKs. • 2+ years working with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). • 3+ years integrating and consuming APIs or web services. • Must be based in GA or CO, or willing to relocate to those areas (1 day/week onsite). Preferred Qualifications • Experience leading or mentoring other developers. • Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Jenkins, Bitrise, etc.). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams. Work Environment • Primarily remote; must be able to attend the office 1 day per week in either Atlanta, GA or Greenwood Village, CO. • Collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment with opportunities for innovation and impact.
