Job Description Agri Advisor should be dynamic, enthusiastic, and energetic towards the work. The executive will have to develop Clients across the given region. Targets are pre-defined for each region in India by the company. • Maintain relationships with new and exciting Clients. • Find, explore & develop new region’s • Using Channel Sales (Cold Calling) to increase Business • Research and analyze sales options Requirements Requirements • Basic knowledge of agriculture products • Strong communication skills (Hindi/Local language) • Telecalling / Calling experience • Convincing & negotiation skills • Lead generation & follow-up ability • Customer relationship management • Target-oriented approach • Good listening skills • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) • Data entry & reporting skills
