Senior HR Manager

To lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development to support business growth across projects, sales offices, and corporate teams. Key Responsibilities 1️ Strategic HR Leadership • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals • Advise management on manpower planning and organizational structure • Drive HR policies, SOPs, and culture-building initiatives 2️ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Oversee recruitment for sales, site engineers, CRM, and corporate roles • Manage consultants, job portals, and campus hiring • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes 3️ Performance Management System • Design and monitor KRAs & KPIs across departments • Conduct performance reviews and appraisal cycles • Support managers in goal setting and productivity improvement • (This connects directly with the KRA/KPI frameworks you’ve been building.) 4️ Employee Engagement & Development • Plan training programs (especially for sales teams to meet targets) • Address employee grievances and retention strategies • Promote positive workplace culture across sites and offices 5️ HR Operations & Compliance • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements • Supervise attendance, payroll inputs, and HR documentation • Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports 6️ Organizational Development • Support leadership development initiatives • Implement HR analytics for decision-making • Improve HR processes for scalability as projects grow Qualification & Experience • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources • 10–15 years HR experience (real estate or construction preferred) • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR systems • Experience handling multi-location workforce (site + office) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
