Profile: Sr. Graphic Designer-Real Estate-Surat-50k Experience: • Minimum 3 Years of experience as a Graphic Designer • Prior experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Investment-based companies is a plus Salary Range - 40-50k per month Key Responsibilities • Design high-quality marketing creatives for real estate projects (plots, residential & industrial developments in Dholera Smart City). • Create digital creatives for social media, Google ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing. • Develop brochures, project presentations, flyers, banners, hoardings, and other branding materials. • Work closely with the sales & marketing team to conceptualize campaign creatives aligned with project launches and promotions. • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials. • Design site branding materials such as signage, standees, exhibition materials, etc. • Create engaging visual content including infographics and investment-related creatives. • Coordinate with video editors and content writers for integrated campaigns. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Primary skills: • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign • Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory • Experience in designing performance marketing creatives • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing & branding work • Ability to understand real estate marketing psychology Qualifications: • Minimum Graduate (Any Discipline) • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
