Freelance Graphic Designers

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer in this role, you will work on a wide range of projects and media using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals. You will obtain input from management to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations while accurately expressing ideas and representing the company or client appropriately. Working independently and cooperatively with the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, adhering to budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload. Key Responsibilities: - Work on a wide range of projects and media using design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc. - Obtain input from management to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations - Work independently and cooperatively with the marketing team on multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budget constraints - Identify flaws in existing processes and create solutions to improve design capabilities - Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a similar discipline - 5+ years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc. - Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: - Preferred Qualifications include 3+ years in professional graphic design, knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems - Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software are advantageous - Desire to continue growing skill set with ongoing education and training Please note that the job type is commission-based with a salary range of 5,000 to 25,000 per month. The schedule offers flexible shifts with weekend availability.
