Strategic Equity Research Role - Banking & FIG Coverage

Description: Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru Experience: 3 7 Years | High-impact Front Office Research Role We are seeking strong equity research professionals to join a high-performance Asset Backed Strategies team supporting global investment desks. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with front-office groups, provide deep research insights, and influence investment decisions across Banking, FIG, and Specialty Finance sectors. About the Role: - Partner with investment teams to build and refine financial models and track industry developments - Cover results, earnings commentary, and sell-side research views across European banks - Conduct benchmarking, valuation analysis, scenario & sensitivity testing - Prepare investment write-ups and presentations with actionable insights - Participate in management & expert calls, sector discussions, and research reviews Who Should Apply: - Masters in Finance / CFA with 35 years of equity research experience - Strong exposure to Banking / FIG coverage (Europe / US preferred) - Depth in accounting, Basel norms, and global banking regulations - Excellent financial modeling & valuation skills - Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management
