Battery Production Shift In-charge

Team: Factory Operations Location: River Factory, Bengaluru Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing the battery production area, including the control and organisation of all manufacturing activities ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost targets. Lead Shift Supervisors and technician team in assembly. Responsible to achieve set productivity target Responsible to close the daily MIS Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources. Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets and quality objectives Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training as needed Continuously analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency Ideal Candidate 5-8 year with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Proven experience in production management, preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive industry. Should have basic knowledge of Lithium-ion Battery Manufacturing Process. Able to manage the team of 40-70 people.
