Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Dispatch & Inventory Executive to manage order processing, inventory tracking, and dispatch operations across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily order processing from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders • Handle product packaging as per company standards • Maintain proper inventory records and update stock after each dispatch • Monitor warehouse stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management • Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipment • Generate and share tracking IDs with customers/clients • Ensure proper labeling and quality checks before dispatch • Maintain inward and outward inventory records • Handle returns and exchanges efficiently • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organized stock management Required Skills • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms • Understanding of inventory management processes • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order management panels) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good coordination, time management, and multitasking skills Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations • Knowledge of order processing or inventory systems Additional Requirements • Responsible and punctual candidate • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Team player with good communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Commuter assistance • Internet reimbursement • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
